Composer Forums of the Munich Biennale

The composer forum series "Sound Traces," founded by Hans Werner Henze in 1994, focuses on world premieres of commissioned works by young composers. The selections for the programs always combine traditional compositions and New Music compositions that have a special relationship to the work celebrating its world premiere. The new "Sound Traces Plus" series supports young musicians from Munich's free music scene with alternating participants.
